What are the basic requirements to become a moderator?

You need to be fluent in English, have reliable internet connection, and be available for at least 20 hours per week. Most roles require you to be 18 years or older.

Do I need previous moderation experience?

No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive training for all new moderators. However, experience in customer service, community management, or content moderation is a plus.

What equipment do I need?

You'll need a computer or laptop with a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps). Some roles may have specific technical requirements which will be outlined in the job posting.

Can I work from anywhere?

Yes! Our positions are fully remote. However, some clients may have geographic restrictions, which will be specified in individual job postings.

What languages do you support?

We currently support content moderation in English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, and German. Additional language requirements vary by project.
