FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Answers to the most common questions before you apply. Still need help? Our support team is available 24/7.

What exactly does an AI operator do?

An AI operator evaluates, annotates, and reviews data to train artificial intelligence systems. Daily work includes data annotation, content moderation, and quality assurance — directly shaping how AI technology develops.

How long does the application process take?

The application itself takes about 15–20 minutes. After you submit, our team reviews every application personally and you can expect a response within 3–5 business days.

Do I need prior experience in AI or content moderation?

No prior experience is required. We evaluate your analytical capability, critical thinking, and English proficiency during the assessment. All selected candidates receive comprehensive, paid training specific to their assigned projects.

What if I run into technical issues during work?

We offer round-the-clock support through our dedicated support portal and live chat. Our support team is staffed by people who understand the work, not generic helpdesk scripts.

Can I work from a tablet or mobile device?

Our platform requires a desktop or laptop computer. Tablets and mobile devices don't provide the screen size or input precision needed for accurate content moderation work.

How and when do I get paid?

Compensation is disbursed on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule. Funds are transferred via direct deposit or supported payment gateways, with full earnings visibility directly in your operator dashboard.

Are there opportunities for pay increases?

Yes. Pay increases are performance-based, with clear benchmarks. As you gain experience and take on more advanced roles, your rate increases accordingly. Many of our operators have significantly increased their earnings over time.

Can I change my schedule after committing to one?

Yes, schedules are flexible. You can adjust your availability with reasonable advance notice. We understand that life changes, and we work with you to find a schedule that works.

Is there a minimum hours requirement?

Yes, we ask for a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. This ensures you stay engaged with the work and maintain the quality standards our projects require. Beyond that, you can work up to 40 hours.
